Refund and Cancellation Policy & Digital Content Withdrawal
Q1. I changed my mind after purchasing. Can I get a refund?
A1. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for simple change of mind are not available once the content has been downloaded.
A refund is only possible in limited cases. Please refer to Q2 for the detailed conditions.
Q2. Under what circumstances can I receive a refund?
A2. You may request a refund if one of the following conditions applies.
Refunds are granted only after GoodPello reviews and confirms eligibility.
1) The purchased content is significantly different from its description or preview
- If the actual content differs materially from what was advertised
- Request within 3 months of purchase, or 30 days from the date you became aware of the issue
2) You purchased within 7 days and have not downloaded the content
- Full refund possible only if both conditions are met (within 7 days + 0 downloads)
3) A technical issue made the content unusable
- If a system error prevented normal access or download
- If the issue cannot be resolved or re-provided, a refund may be granted
4) An unwanted auto-renewal occurred (Annual Subscription)
- If an annual renewal was charged unexpectedly and no content has been used after the renewal,
GoodPello may approve a one-time courtesy refund if the request is made shortly after the charge.
* Annual subscriptions are fixed-term plans and are not eligible for partial refunds once the billing period has begun.
If you cancel your subscription, the automatic renewal will stop from the next billing cycle.
Q3. I already downloaded some content. Can I still receive a refund?
A3. No.
For all digital content, even a single download is considered that the service has begun.
Once the service has begun, refunds are not permitted.
Q4. How are refunds processed?
A4. Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunded through Paddle to your card or PayPal (typically processed within 3–10 business days)
Q5. Can Team Plans or Enterprise Plans be refunded?
A5.
- Team Plans: If any team member has downloaded content, the service is considered started for the entire team. Therefore, refunds cannot be granted.
- Enterprise Plans: Refund terms follow the separately signed enterprise contract.
Q6. What is the legal basis for refund restrictions?
A6. GoodPello’s digital content follows global e-commerce standards and relevant consumer protection laws.
Digital products cannot be withdrawn once the service has begun, which is determined by the first download event.
