If the text is broken or the font is not displayed correctly
Q1. What should I do if the text appears broken or the fonts are not displayed correctly?
A1. If the fonts used in the template are not installed on your computer, the text may appear broken or be replaced by a different font. GoodPello templates mostly use free commercial fonts, and each template includes a download link for the fonts. Please follow the instructions below.
- Open the notepad (.txt) file included in the template’s compressed (.zip) folder.
It contains the names of the fonts used and their download links. - After installing the fonts via the provided links, reopen the PowerPoint (PPTX) file to check.
If the text still appears broken after installation, try restarting PowerPoint or your computer, or clearing the cache.
[Note]
If the text remains broken or looks different from the intended design,
it may be due to rendering differences caused by the version of PowerPoint or the operating system (OS) you are using.
