If you did not receive the team invitation email or cannot accept the invitation

Q1. I did not receive the team invitation email. What should I do?

A1. The invitation email is automatically sent to the email address entered by the team owner, but it may not be received for the following reasons.

  • Incorrect email address
    The team owner may have made a typo when entering your email address during the invitation process. 
    Please verify that the address was entered correctly.
  • Filtered into spam or promotion folders
    Some email services such as Gmail or Naver may deliver the invitation email to the spam or promotions folder. 
    Please also check your entire mailbox and trash folder.
  • Invitation canceled
    The team owner may have canceled the invitation, or the link may no longer be valid. 
    In this case, the invitation cannot be used, so please request a new one from the team owner.
  • Company email policy or security filtering
    Some corporate mail servers may block external emails due to security policies. 
    Please ask your IT department to update the settings to allow delivery.

Q2. I received the invitation email, but I cannot accept the invitation. How can I fix this?

A2. If you cannot accept the invitation, it may be due to issues with your account status or the validity of the invitation. Please check the following items.

  • Check if you are already invited
    If you had already accepted a previous invitation, the new one may appear as “Invalid invitation.” 
    Please check your team dashboard to confirm whether your account is already registered as a member.
  • Check the invitation validity period
    Invitation emails are only valid for a certain period of time. If the invitation has expired, 
    the team owner must send a new one.
  • Check for login with another account
    You must be logged in with the email account that received the invitation in order to accept it. 
    If your login account and invitation email do not match, an error may occur.
