If the download button is not activated even after sharing on SNS

Q. The download button does not activate even after sharing on SNS. What should I do?

A. The download button will only activate if all of the following conditions are met. Please check each item in order.

[Things to Check]

  • Verify the correct sharing method
    You must click the “Share” button on the template details page, copy the provided link, 
    and paste it into your own SNS post before publishing.
  • Confirm that the SNS post was actually uploaded
    The post must be set to public and actually uploaded. If the sharing is not successful, 
    the download button will not activate.
  • Check if you clicked the shared link again
    After sharing, you must click the link from your own SNS post to return to the Goodfellow page. 
    Only then will the download button be activated in that session.
  • Ensure the same device and browser are used
    If you access the link from another device or browser after sharing, the system cannot verify the share, and the button will not activate. 
    Please click the link in the exact same environment used for sharing.
