How to request access, correction, and deletion of information
Q1. How can I check or update my member information?
A1. At GoodPello, you can directly check and update your personal information.
After logging in, you can view and modify the following information in the Subscription Details and Account Details menus within your account:
- Email address
- Password
- Name or company name (if provided)
- Language and country settings
If you use social login (Google, Apple), you may need to update your basic information via the respective platform.
If you encounter errors while updating information or if there are items that cannot be changed through the system, please contact our customer support via 1:1 inquiry.
Q2. How do I request membership withdrawal or personal information deletion?
A2. You can withdraw your GoodPello membership directly from the ‘Account Details’ menu at the bottom of your account page.
Once the withdrawal process is completed, your personal information will be deleted immediately.
However, certain information (such as payment and usage records) must be retained securely for a legally required period.
(※Note: Payment records may be kept for up to 5 years in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act.)
