A1. GoodPello collects the following information to operate services such as membership registration, payment, license issuance, and personalized content provision. The specific purposes for each type of collected information are also explained below.

  • Social login account information (Google, Apple, etc.)
    → Used as basic information for identity verification, login, and account identification.

[Information collected during payment and subscription service application]

  • Country, address, postal code, company name
    → Required for issuing tax invoices, verifying license permissions, and subscription service applications.
  • Card company and partial payment authorization information
    → Used to process paid service payments and verify purchase history.

[Information automatically collected during service use]

  • Access IP, browser and device information, visit records
    → Automatically collected for login history verification and security checks.
  • Content download and license issuance records
    → Used to manage project history and verify usage scope.
  • Posts and communication history (messages between members or with administrators)
    → Records maintained for customer support, service history preservation, and issue resolution.

Q2. How long is the collected personal information retained?

A2. GoodPello retains your information only for the period necessary to provide the service. After membership withdrawal or once the purpose has been achieved, the information is immediately deleted or securely stored according to legal requirements.

  • Even after membership withdrawal, access IP and service usage records are retained for a certain period in preparation for investigations or legal requests.
  • Member profile information and uploaded content may be retained commercially for a reasonable period for backup and review purposes.
  • Posts, comments, messages, and other communication histories written by members may be kept indefinitely to preserve service history.
