License Issuance & Verification Guide
Q1. Is a license automatically issued when I download a template?
A1. Yes. A license is automatically issued only when the template is downloaded along with a registered project.
GoodPello manages content usage based on project registration, not by simple file downloads.
Even if you have already downloaded the template, you can select “Register New Project” under [My Downloads] to issue a new license for that specific project.
[ Important Notes ]
✔ Templates cannot be used outside the project they were registered to.
✔ If you want to use the same template for another project → simply register a new project and issue an additional license. (There is no need to re-download the file.)
Q2. Where can I check the issued license?
A2. You can view them under [My Account > My Downloads].
Each downloaded template displays both the project list and the license list associated with it.
Q3. What information is included in the license certificate?
A3. The license certificate includes the following information:
- Product details (template name, template ID, download date)
- User information (license holder name, email, etc.)
- Registered project name
- License issue date
- License type (Individual or Team License)
- License number (unique identifier)
- License terms and usage conditions
- Issuing entity information
[Note]
This license serves as an official document that verifies your authorization for commercial use of the template.
It may be submitted externally or used during client or partner engagements. For Team Plan users, company-related billing information (company name, business registration number, etc.) must be updated in the Billing Information section for those details to appear on the license certificate.
