Restrictions on Using GoodPello Templates with AI Tools & On-Demand Design Platforms
Q. Can I use GoodPello templates in generative AI tools or automated design platforms?
A. No. Use of GoodPello templates in any form of generative AI or automated design platform is strictly prohibited.
GoodPello templates and their internal assets (images, icons, shapes, charts, etc.) are licensed only for the member’s direct manual work and presentation purposes.
Any use that exposes, uploads, converts, or reproduces the original template file (.pptx) on external AI systems is considered a license violation.
Below are strictly prohibited actions:

| Using templates in automated design platforms (Canva, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) | These platforms may automatically transform or repurpose the template, creating derivative works. Such secondary use or automated conversion is strictly prohibited. |
| Using templates to generate new templates or services | Reproducing the template’s structure, layout, or design to create new templates, designs, or commercial services is strictly prohibited under GoodPello’s copyright and licensing policies. |

- GoodPello templates must be used only through manual editing and creation by the user.
- Uploading templates to AI-based tools for learning, conversion, extraction, enhancement, or regeneration is not permitted and violates the license terms.
- When uploading files to collaboration platforms (Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox, etc.), ensure the file is stored in an area accessible only to licensed team members.
- Uploading templates to any platform or URL where external users or the public could access the file is strictly prohibited.
