Q1. Can I re-download templates I previously downloaded?
A1. Yes—if your subscription or pass is currently active.
You can re-download files anytime from My Downloads.
After your subscription expires:
- Re-download is not available
- No new downloads, project registrations, or license issuance
- Previously licensed templates remain valid within their registered project
If you need re-download access, you’ll need to restart your subscription. If you need files again, be sure to re-download them before your subscription ends.
Q2. Should I back up my templates separately?
A2. Yes, strongly recommended.
- Helps prevent issues during urgent deadlines
- Re-download is not available after subscription expiration
- Protects against account issues or file loss

If you leave a team or the team subscription ends, you will lose access to the team’s download history.
Always keep a personal backup of important files.
