Q1. How do I download templates?

A1. GoodPello templates can be downloaded from several locations on the site.

Template Detail Page:
Click the [Download] button to go through the project registration step and download the .PPTX file instantly.

Template List or Main Page:
Hover over a template thumbnail to display the download icon.
You can also click this icon to download directly.

Regular subscribers can download without any limits.
One-time pass users can download within the number of templates allowed by their purchased pass.

Downloaded templates can be viewed or re-downloaded anytime from My Downloads in your account.

Q2. Is there a daily download limit?

A2. Yes. To ensure service stability and a fair usage environment for all users,
GoodPello applies daily download limits to annual subscription plans in accordance with its Fair Use Policy (FUP). 
The number of downloads is calculated on a rolling 24-hour basis from the time each download occurs.

Plan-specific limits

• Personal Plan: Up to 100 downloads per day
• Team Plan: 
  A daily limit of 100 downloads per member, based on the number of members included in the plan
  (e.g., a 3-member Team Plan allows up to 300 downloads per day)

If these limits are exceeded, or if abnormal download patterns are detected,
download access may be temporarily restricted.

These limits are not intended to restrict normal, project-based usage.
They are protective measures designed to prevent automated downloads, bulk collection, and system abuse.

Q3. How long can I use downloaded templates?

A3. When you download a template, a license is automatically issued after project registration.
The issued license allows you to use the template indefinitely within the registered project.

Even after your subscription expires, templates with an active license can continue to be used in the projects where they were originally registered.
However, you cannot register new projects or issue new licenses after expiration.

Once your subscription ends, new template downloads and new project registrations will be disabled.
Previously issued licenses remain valid.

Q4. How does the 1-Day Pass work?

A4. The 1-Day Pass allows you to selectively download templates for a short period of time.
You can use it under the following conditions:

• Duration: 24 hours from the time of purchase
• Download Limit: Up to 5 templates
• Restrictions: “Standard Outline Templates” and “Special Series Templates” are not available for download
• Payment Method: One-time payment (no auto-renewal)
• License: Downloaded templates are permanently available for commercial use,
  but each template must be registered to a project and licensed before use.

Both set templates (multi-slide templates such as full templates) and
single-slide templates (content-based or design-based slides)
are counted equally — 1 download = 1 template. 

[Important]
Templates not downloaded within the 24-hour validity period will expire automatically.
Partial refunds or extensions are not available, so please make sure to download within the period.

Q5. How can I download free templates?

A5. All registered GoodPello members can download free templates.
Free templates are available regardless of subscription status and can be downloaded up to 3 times per week.
You can check your remaining downloads at the time of download.

Free templates follow the same license terms as paid templates.
This means you must register a project and obtain a license before use.
Each issued license is valid only for the project it was registered to.

Free template downloads are limited to a maximum of 3 per week (subject to change based on company policy).
Downloaded free templates are protected under the same copyright policy as paid ones.
Redistribution, resale, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

Q6. Does re-downloading the same free template count toward my weekly limit?

A6. No, it does not.
If you re-download a template you’ve already downloaded before, it won’t be deducted from your weekly limit.
You can re-download it at any time without restrictions, unless the template has been removed or discontinued under GoodPello’s policy.

Q7. Can I use a free template for another project?

A7. Yes.
Just like paid content, free templates require project registration before use.
If you wish to use a downloaded free template for a new project, please go to “Register New Project” to create a new one.
The download count will not be deducted in this case.

Q8. What are Premium Free Templates?

A8. Premium Free Templates are high-quality free templates provided by GoodPello for promotional or marketing purposes.
They offer more refined designs than regular free templates and are available only to members who share the template on their personal social media accounts.
Unlike limited-time events, Premium Free Templates are available on an ongoing basis, with new designs added regularly.
Once you complete the social media share, the “Download” button becomes active, and you can use the template freely.
The same license policy as regular free templates applies.
