Checking Your Subscription Status
Q1. Where can I check which plan I am currently using?
A1. You can check all subscription details on [My Account > Subscription Details], including:
- Current plan type (Individual / Team / Enterprise)
- Subscription status (Active / Expiring / On Hold / Past Due / Expired)
- Next billing date
- Team member count (for Team Plans)
- Payment method and billing information
Q2. What do the different subscription status labels mean?
A2. Below are the status types you may see inside your account:
Active
Your subscription is fully active.
You can download content, issue licenses, add team members, and use all features without limitation.
Expiring
This appears when you manually cancel your subscription.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Service access continues normally until the expiration date.
- After the expiration date, the subscription ends and auto-renewal stops.
- You can resume your subscription anytime before the renewal date by clicking “Resume Subscription”.
(Note: If your billing date is very close, the payment processor may already have initiated the renewal process, and the resume option may not be available.)
On Hold
Your payment could not be processed due to card errors or authorization issues.
- Content downloads and new license issuance may be restricted.
- Update your payment method or retry the payment to restore your subscription.
- If the payment isn’t recovered within the allowed grace period, the subscription may automatically expire.
Past Due
This status appears only for subscriptions billed through Paddle.
- Your payment is overdue due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or failed authorization.
- Paddle will automatically retry the payment several times.
- If payment is not recovered, your subscription will move to On Hold or eventually Expired.
Expired
Your subscription has fully ended.
- Content download, new project registration, and license issuance are all disabled.
- However, any license issued during your active subscription remains valid within the original registered project.
To continue using the service, simply start a new subscription.
Q3. Where can I view my billing history or download receipts?
A3. You can view billing details on [My Account > Subscription Details].
However, receipt access differs depending on your payment region:
- Paddle automatically emails a receipt to your registered email address after every successful payment.
- You can also access all past receipts through the Paddle Billing Portal (via the “Manage Payment Method” button on your Subscription Details page).
If you need a receipt reissued or didn’t receive one, please contact Customer Support (1:1 Inquiry).
