Cancellation & Switching Policy
Q1. How do I cancel my subscription?
A1. You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to [My Account > Subscription Details] and clicking Cancel Subscription.
Canceling a subscription does not end your access immediately. Your subscription will remain active, and you can continue using all services until the current billing period ends.
After cancellation, the next scheduled renewal payment will not be processed.
If you wish to resubscribe later, you can start a new subscription at any time.

- Payments for the current subscription period are non-refundable.
- After the subscription expires, you will lose access to:
- New content downloads
- Creating new projects and adding content
- Issuing new licenses
Q2. After canceling my subscription, can I still use previously downloaded content?
A2. Any licensed content downloaded during your subscription period remains usable within the project where the license was issued.
However, the following actions are not available after your subscription ends:
- Downloading new content
- Creating new projects and adding content
- Issuing new licenses

For Team Plans, if a member is removed or if the subscription ends, all team licenses for that user are immediately deactivated, and team project access is revoked.
Q3. After I cancel my subscription, can I switch to a One-time Plan (1-day or 30-day pass)?
A3. Yes.
However, you can purchase a One-time Plan only after your current annual subscription has fully expired.
As long as your subscription is active, switching to a One-time Plan is not allowed.
A One-time Plan is a short-term access product and does not renew automatically.
Q4. Can I switch from a One-time Plan to a Subscription Plan?
A4. Yes.
Once your One-time Plan expires, you can start a new annual subscription at any time.
Switching payment types during an active One-time Plan period is not supported.
You must wait for your One-time Plan to end before starting a new subscription.
Q5. If I cancel my subscription, will my team membership also end immediately?
A5. Yes. For Team Plans, the following rules apply:
- If the team owner removes a member or if the subscription expires, the team license for that member becomes immediately deactivated.
- The removed user loses access to team projects, team download history, and all team licenses.
- If the user previously had a personal GoodPello account, their personal data (projects, downloads, collections) will be automatically restored once they leave the team.
Q6. If I cancel close to the billing date, is it still possible that the renewal payment goes through?
A6. Yes, it may still occur.
Due to how payment gateways work (INIpay for KR users, Paddle for global users), the system may initiate the renewal authorization shortly before the actual billing date.
If the renewal process has already started:
- The payment may still be completed
- Cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle
- Auto-renewal will be disabled moving forward

We strongly recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid unintended charges.
