Plan Upgrade & Downgrade
Q1. Can I upgrade from an Individual Plan to a Team Plan?
A1. Yes, you can.
GoodPello’s Subscription Service users on the Individual Plan can upgrade to a Team Plan at any time.
When upgrading, the remaining subscription period is prorated and deducted from the Team Plan fee, so you only pay the difference.

Your existing downloaded templates, projects, and licenses will remain available after the upgrade.
Q2. Can I switch to a Team Plan while using a 30-Day Pass (One-Time Payment)?
A2. Yes, you can.
Users who are currently using the Individual 30-day Pass (one-time payment) may upgrade to a Team 30-day Pass (one-time payment) at any time during the valid period.
(Upgrading to an annual subscription is not supported due to different billing structures.)
Once the upgrade is completed, a new 30-day validity period begins immediately, and any remaining download credits from the Individual Pass are automatically transferred and added to the Team Pass’s shared download allowance.
Please note that changing team size or switching billing types is not supported during the validity period.

① How the new usage period is applied
- The Team 30-day Pass becomes active from the exact moment the upgrade is completed and remains valid for 30 days.
- The remaining validity period of your previous Individual Pass does not carry over.
(Only unused download credits are transferred.)
② Remaining download credits are added to the Team Pass
Any unused download credits from your Individual 30-day Pass are
automatically combined with the Team Pass’s shared download allowance.
Example:
- Remaining downloads from Individual Pass: 8
- Default downloads provided in a Team 30-day Pass (3 members): 90
→ After upgrade, the team’s total available downloads: 98
③ Refund policy for previously purchased Individual Pass
- The amount paid for the Individual Pass is not refundable.
- Instead, the unused download credits are transferred to the Team Pass, ensuring you keep the remaining value.
④ When team features become available
- Team features (member invitations, shared project list, shared download history, etc.)
become available immediately after the upgrade is completed.
⑤ Important notes
- Upgrades are available only to the Team 30-day Pass (one-time payment).
- Switching from a one-time pass to an annual subscription is not supported.
- Team size changes are not supported during the active 30-day period.
If you need to adjust the number of members, purchase a new plan after the current one expires.
Q3. Can I downgrade from a Team Plan to an Individual Plan?
A3. A direct downgrade is not possible.
You’ll need to end your Team Plan and create a new Individual account to subscribe again.
- Team accounts cannot be converted to personal accounts,
and team data or settings are not transferable to the new account. - Refunds are not available for any remaining subscription period,
and unused time cannot be credited toward a new Individual Plan. - Once you start a new Individual Plan, a new billing cycle will apply.
Q4. If we reduce the number of team members, will the billing amount change?
A4. For Subscription-based Team Plans, billing adjustments are applied automatically starting from the next billing cycle.
During the active subscription period, your team must continue using the current member count.
The new billing rate reflecting the reduced members will be applied from the next renewal.
For One-Time Payment (30-Day Pass) users, team size cannot be adjusted during the usage period —
changes can only be made after the plan expires.
Q5. How can I switch to an Enterprise Plan?
A5. The Enterprise Plan is a customized plan tailored to your organization’s size and requirements.
You may consider upgrading to an Enterprise Plan if:
- Your team has 10 or more members
- You require tax invoice issuance, contract documentation, or custom enterprise features
