Payment Types – Subscription Service & One-Time Payment Service

Q1. What payment services does GoodPello offer?

A1. GoodPello offers two payment services based on your usage needs: the Subscription Service and the One-Time Payment Service.

Each service has a different billing structure and usage period, so please review the details below to choose the one that best fits your purpose.

Q2. What is the Subscription Service?

A2. The Subscription Service is an annual plan with automatic billing each year.
Depending on the plan you select (Individual / Team / Enterprise), your account will remain active throughout the subscription period,
allowing you to download templates and issue licenses without limitation.

Unless canceled, the subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions each year.
If canceled, the plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and renewal will stop from the next billing date onward.

Q3. What is the One-Time Payment Service?

A3. The One-Time Payment Service is a non-renewable short-term usage plan.
You can choose either a 1-Day Pass (24 hours) or a 30-Day Pass.

During the valid usage period, you can download and use a limited number of templates as specified by your pass.
Once the period ends, the plan automatically expires.
To continue using the content, simply purchase a new One-Time Payment Pass.

[Note]
• The 1-Day Pass excludes certain content (Standard Outline Templates and Special Series).
• The 30-Day Pass provides full access to all content.

Q4. What are the main differences between the two services?

A4. The differences can be summarized in the table below:

CategorySubscription ServiceOne-Time Payment Service
Billing TypeAutomatically billed annuallyNo renewal; fixed-term usage
Usage PeriodLong-term, continuous accessBest for short-term or trial use
Access ScopeUnlimited downloads and usage during subscriptionLimited to the valid usage period only

[Note]
Both services follow the same project-based license policy, and all licenses remain valid within the registered project.

Q5. Can I switch from the One-Time Payment Service to the Subscription Service?

A5. Yes, you can — but only after the current One-Time Payment period ends.
Mid-term switching is not supported.
Once the plan expires, you can start a new Subscription Service by purchasing it separately.

Similarly, switching from a Subscription Service to a One-Time Payment Service is only possible after your current subscription has ended.

Q6. Does the license or usage policy differ depending on the payment type?

A6. No — the license terms and usage policy are identical for both the Subscription Service and the One-Time Payment Service.

Licenses are issued per project and remain valid within that project during the active service period.

After the service period ends, you can no longer download new content or register new projects, but licenses already issued to existing projects remain valid indefinitely.
