Differences between Individual, Team, and Corporate Plans
Q1. What types of plans does GoodPello offer?
A1. GoodPello provides three types of plans, depending on the number of users and purpose of use:

Each plan can be used with either an Annual Subscription (auto-renewal) or a 30-Day Pass (one-time purchase) option.
Q2. Who should use the Individual Plan?
A2. The Individual Plan is best suited for:
- Users who create presentation materials alone.
- Employees who use GoodPello independently within a company.
- Anyone who does not share their account with others.

The Individual Plan follows a “one account per user” policy.
Sharing your account or using one account across multiple users violates the license terms.
If multiple people need to use the content, a Team Plan or higher is required.
Q3. What makes the Team Plan different?
A3. The Team Plan is designed for 2–9 members working collaboratively and includes the following features:
- Individual accounts for each member (no shared logins)
- Centralized license and download management for the team
- Team leader control over member invitations, removals, and permissions
- Shared access to projects for teamwork and collaboration

Team members can share and manage licensed content within the same team,
but using or distributing content outside the team (e.g., to clients or subcontractors) violates the license agreement.
Q4. When should I choose the Enterprise Plan?
A4. The Enterprise Plan is recommended if any of the following apply:
- You have 10 or more team members.
- You need to manage multiple accounts or departments under one organization.
- You require tax invoice issuance or custom billing for business use.
- Your company, institution, or organization has specific internal security standards.

Q5. Can I switch between plans?
A5. Yes. You can upgrade from an Individual Plan to a Team or Enterprise Plan at any time.
When you upgrade, your previously downloaded templates and licenses remain available.
However, switching from a Team Plan to an Individual Plan requires creating a new account.
Existing team data and settings will not be transferred to the new account.
