What happens if my account is suspended or blocked?

Q1. Under what circumstances can my account be suspended or restricted?

A1. GoodPello ensures a safe and fair environment for all users.
However, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently restricted if any of the following occur:

  • Signing up under another person’s name or using someone else’s email address
  • Sharing or transferring your account to others
  • Copying, redistributing, or reselling GoodPello content without authorization
  • Using content in prohibited ways (e.g., AI model training, on-demand services, etc.)
  • Repeated payment failures or suspicious payment attempts
  • Malicious behavior such as scraping, illegal API calls, or excessive server load
  • Abusive or inappropriate conduct within the service (threats, spam, harassment, etc.)
  • Any other violations of the Terms of Service or License Policy

Account suspension or restriction may take effect immediately without prior notice,
depending on the severity of the violation. You may also receive an email notification explaining the reason.


Q2. What happens when my account is suspended?

A2. If your account is suspended, the following functions will be restricted:

  • Unable to download content
  • Unable to issue or view licenses
  • Subscription renewal and payment functions disabled
  • Team invitations and acceptance unavailable

Depending on the reason, some functions may be partially limited, or full access may be restricted.

When your account is suspended, a “Usage Restricted” pop-up will appear upon login,
showing the reason for the restriction and how to contact support.


Q3. Can a suspended account be restored?

A3. Yes. If the suspension is due to a minor issue or a technical error,
your account may be restored after internal review.
Please contact us through [Help Center > 1:1 Inquiry] with details of your case,
and our team will review it promptly.

Most requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days,
and you’ll receive an email notification once the review is complete.

Note:
Severe violations such as copyright infringement, malicious use,
or repeated Terms of Service breaches cannot be restored.
Such cases may lead to a permanent restriction from all GoodPello services.
If the same violation occurs again after restoration, the account may be permanently banned without notice.


Q4. I was using my account normally, but I suddenly can’t log in. Why?

A4. Not all login issues are related to account suspension. Please check the following first:

  • Incorrect password or email input
  • Email verification not completed
  • Subscription paused due to payment failure
  • Browser cache or cookie errors (clear and retry)

If your account has been suspended, a “Usage Restricted” message will appear when you log in.
If no message appears but you still can’t log in, it may be due to a technical issue or incomplete email verification.
