Will all my account information be deleted immediately after I delete my account?
Q1. Will all my account information be deleted if I cancel my membership?
A1. When you delete your account, it becomes immediately deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in.
However, not all data is deleted right away. Certain information is securely retained for a limited period in accordance with legal and operational policies.

- Account identifiers (email, name, etc.): Retained for up to 1 year for verification and dispute resolution
- Download history and license records: Retained for up to 1 year, then permanently deleted
- Project and collection records: Retained in a non-accessible state for copyright and security purposes
- Payment-related data: Retained for up to 5 years in accordance with applicable e-commerce laws
All retained data is deleted permanently and irreversibly after the retention period expires.
Q2. What happens to my content and licenses after deletion?
A2. Previously issued licenses within existing projects remain valid even after account deletion.
However, you cannot register new projects or download new templates after deleting your account.
Q3. Can I recover my account after deletion?
A3. Unfortunately, deleted accounts cannot be restored.
Once your account is deleted, it becomes inactive and cannot be accessed even during the retention period.
Please make sure to back up any important data before deleting your account.
Q4. How can I delete my account?
A4. You can delete your account from [My Account > Account Details] by clicking the [Delete Account] button.
Before proceeding, please check the following:
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first.
Automatic billing will stop immediately after cancellation. - If you are the owner of a Team Plan, you must transfer ownership to another team member before deleting your account.
