Email Verification After Signup

Q1. Do I need to verify my email address after signing up?

A1. Yes. If you signed up using an email address, you must complete email verification to log in.
Without verification, you won’t be able to log in or use key features such as downloading templates, subscribing, or resetting your password.

If you signed up through a social account (e.g., Google, facebook, etc.), separate email verification is not required because authentication is already handled by the linked platform.


Q2. I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?

A2. Please check the following in order:

  1. Make sure the verification email wasn’t filtered to your Spam or Promotions folder.
  2. Double-check that the email address you entered during signup is correct.
  3. Verification emails usually arrive within a few minutes, but depending on network or server conditions, delivery may take up to 10 minutes.

If you still don’t receive the email, please contact [Customer Support > 1:1 Inquiry].
Our support team can manually resend the verification email or, if your email system blocks incoming messages, issue a one-time verification link to help you complete verification safely.


Q3. Can I request the verification email again?

A3. Yes. If you haven’t completed verification, you can request to have the email resent.
Currently, there’s no self-service resend button available. Please contact [Customer Support > 1:1 Inquiry], and our team will resend the verification email for you.

If you’re unable to receive emails (for example, due to corporate email security settings), the support team can issue a one-time verification link so you can complete verification without receiving the email.

  • Duplicate resend requests within 1 hour are restricted. You can resend up to 3 times per day.
  • The one-time verification link is issued only after admin verification and remains valid for 2 hours and single use.

Q4. The link says it has expired. What should I do?

A4. For security reasons, the verification link is only valid for 24 hours from the time it’s sent.
If the link has expired, please contact [Customer Support > 1:1 Inquiry].
Our team will resend the verification email or provide a new one-time verification link if needed.


Q5. Will my account be deleted if I don’t verify my email?

A5. No. Your account won’t be deleted automatically.
However, you cannot log in or use any service until verification is complete.
Unverified accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be deactivated or removed under our data protection and account management policy.


Q6. I completed verification, but I still can’t log in.

A6. After verification, you can log in only with your verified email address.
Please double-check that you’re entering the correct verified email.
If the problem persists, contact [Customer Support > 1:1 Inquiry] and include a brief description or screenshot of the error — our team will assist you promptly.
