GoodPello Unified Account Guide
Q1. What is a unified account?
A1. GoodPello operates a Unified Account System, allowing you to access multiple connected services with a single account.
In other words, once you sign up, you can use all GoodPello services conveniently with one ID.
Q2. What are the benefits of using a unified account?
A2. You can easily switch between all GoodPello services using one account, reducing login fatigue and simplifying service navigation.
It also enables centralized management of your billing information, projects, and license history.
Q3. Is it mandatory to use a unified account?
A3. Yes. GoodPello operates based on a Unified Account System by default.
When you sign up, a unified account is automatically created — you don’t need to create or select it separately.
In the future, when additional GoodPello services (e.g., new SaaS or content platforms) are launched,
you can decide individually whether to connect and use them.
Q4.I logged in with my unified account, but it seems different from my old account. Why is that?
A4. This may occur if you previously used a standalone account before November 2025 that was not yet integrated into the unified account system.
Please contact us through [Help Center > 1:1 Inquiry], and we’ll help verify whether your old account data can be merged manually.
Q5. Can I use GoodPello separately without a unified account?
A5. Currently, account separation is not supported.
GoodPello’s member system is built on a unified authentication structure, so technical account separation across services is not possible.
However, you can still customize notification preferences, personal information, and activity settings individually for each service.
