Editing Email and Profile Information
Q1. Can I change the email address I used when signing up?
A1. Yes, you can change your email address under certain conditions.
Go to [My Account > Account Details] to update it.
If you signed up using social login (e.g., Google, facebook, etc.), your email is linked to an external authentication system and cannot be changed directly within GoodPello.
To update your email, you must verify your new address through the confirmation email sent to it.
The change will take effect once verification is completed.
💡 Note:
Once updated, your login credentials will switch to the new email address,
and you will only be able to log in using that address.
A notification email will also be sent to your previous address once the change is complete.
Q2. Will my account data remain the same after changing my email?
A2. Yes. Changing your email does not affect your licenses, downloads, projects, or payment history.
Only your login email will be updated.
Q3. Where can I edit my profile information such as name or company name?
A3.You can update the following information under [My Account > Account Details]:
- Name (Korean or English)
- Password
- Newsletter subscription status
All changes are saved instantly and automatically reflected in your license details and account email.
Q4. Can I edit the company name or address shown on my invoice? (For subscribed members)
A4. Yes, if you are on a subscription plan, go to [My Account > Subscription Details] and click ‘Update Billing Information’ to edit the following:
- Company name
- Country
- Address
- Business registration number
Note:
- Updated billing details will apply only to future payments and invoices issued after the change.
- Invoices for previous payments will retain the original billing information.
- Billing information appears on payment-related documents (receipts, invoices)
and can be used as official proof of payment for corporate customers.
Q5. Do I need verification to edit my profile information?
A5. General information such as name, company name, or address can be updated immediately without verification.
However, changing your email address requires verification —you must complete the confirmation process using the link sent to your new email.

Your email address serves as a key identifier for login and payment verification.
Using another person’s email or bypassing verification may lead to account restrictions or security measures.
