Q1. Which social accounts can I use to log in?
A1. Goodfellow supports quick sign-up and login through the following social accounts:
Google, Apple, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Kakao, Naver
Simply click the button for your preferred account to sign up and log in instantly, without creating a separate password. A Goodfellow account will be created automatically.
Q2. Can I unlink a social account?
A2. Yes, some social accounts (such as Google) can be unlinked.
Once unlinked, that social login can no longer be used, and you'll need to switch to logging in with your email and password.
Q3. Will unlinking a social account delete my Goodfellow account?
A3. No, your account will remain active. Only the login method changes.
For example, if you unlink your Google account and set a password, you will still be able to log in using the same email address with your new password.
Please note that once you unlink, you won’t be able to log in again using that social button.
Q4. How do I unlink a social account?
A4. Currently, only Google accounts can be unlinked. Here’s how:
- Go to [My Account > Account Details]
- Click ‘Unlink Google Account’
- Check your email for a password setup link and create a new password
[Note]
After unlinking, you can only log in with email + password. Google login will no longer be available.
Q5. Can I switch from Google login to another social login, like Kakao or Naver?
A. No, switching between social accounts is not supported.
If you want to use Kakao or Naver instead of Google, you’ll need to create a new account.
[Note]
Please be aware that any previous downloads or license information will not transfer to the new account.
Q6. Once I unlink a social account, can I reconnect it later?
A6. No, reconnecting is not possible.
For example, if you unlink your Google account and switch to email + password login, you won’t be able to log in with Google again.
