Q1. How do I sign up for Goodpello?

A1. Signing up is simple. However, if you miss a few details below, the process may not go smoothly.
Choose your preferred sign-up method and follow the steps.

  1. Sign up with a regular email
    Enter your name, ID, email address, and password, then click [Create Account] to complete your registration.
    You must agree to the Terms of Use and Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information.
    For a smooth experience, please review these before agreeing. 
    By default, the newsletter subscription is turned on at sign-up.
    If you don’t want it, you can unsubscribe anytime under [My Account > Account Details] after sign-up.
  2. Sign up with a social account
    You can sign up easily with your Google, Apple, Facebook, X (Twitter) account. 
    Click your preferred social login button and complete that service’s authentication.
    Your GoodPello account will be created and you’ll be logged in immediately—no separate password entry required.
     

[Note]
If you’re already logged in to a social account in your browser, sign-up/login may complete automatically without additional input.

  • If you later want to change your password or email, or disconnect your social account, go to [My Account] to manage settings.

※ Your profile information (e.g., name, email) is registered based on the data provided by the social login provider.
※ Email sign-up accounts and social sign-up accounts are not linked, even if they use the same email address. Please log in using the method you used at sign-up.


Q2. I see the error “This account is not registered.”

A2. This can happen if you previously signed up with email but try to log in via a social account. 
At GoodPello, email accounts and social login accounts are not linked.
Please use the same login method you chose at sign-up.

  • Signed up with email → Log in with email
  • Signed up with Google → Use the Google login button

If you’re unsure which method you used, contact Customer Support and we’ll assist you promptly.


Q3. How do I delete my account?

A3.You can delete your account anytime under [My Account > Account Details].
Before proceeding, please review the following:

  • If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel the subscription first before deleting your account.
  • Upon deletion, your licenses and download history will be deactivated, and related information will be retained for 1 year and then permanently deleted.
  • After deletion, your account and data cannot be restored. Please proceed carefully.
