Hello from GoodPello,
With our renewal, we’ve added a new option in the Team Plan checkout process to help you manage licenses more clearly and securely.
When subscribing to a Team Plan, you can now choose whether the license owner is
your company or an individual, and entering a company name will ensure that the license is officially issued under your organization.
⭐ New Feature: Set License Owner During Checkout
1) Choose between “Company” or “Individual” as the license owner
- Selecting Company registers the license under the organization
- Selecting Individual assigns the license to the account owner
2) If you enter a company name, it will appear directly on the license
This allows for:
- Clearer ownership documentation
- Easier management for teams and organizations
- More secure and consistent license tracking
(We strongly recommend companies to enter their organization name.)
🧩 Where to Set It?
You can configure this in the Team Plan checkout page:
- License Type: Company / Individual
- Company Name
- Billing contact details

- License owner information applies to all templates issued under the team’s subscription.
