Q1. Why is entering a company name recommended when purchasing a Team Plan?
A1. Entering a company name is optional, but it is strongly recommended.
Providing a company name offers the following benefits:
- The company name is automatically displayed on team license documents and invoices, making license and billing management clearer.
- When submitting license documents externally, having an official organization name enhances credibility.
You can complete the purchase without entering a company name,
but the company name will appear on license documents only if it is provided.
Q2. Can I purchase a Team Plan without entering a company name?
A2. Yes. Entering a company name is optional, and you may complete the purchase without it.
However, if you choose not to enter a company name:
- The company name will not appear on team license documents or invoices.
- License documents used for external submission may appear less formal or credible.
For these reasons, we recommend entering a company name whenever possible.
Q3. I entered the wrong company name. Can I modify it after purchase?
A3. Yes — but only for Annual Subscription Team Plans.
You can update your company name, address, and business registration number under [My Account > Update Billing Information].
Any changes will be applied to future invoices and newly issued license documents.
The following cannot be modified:
- Team 30-Day Pass (one-time purchase):
License documents are generated immediately at the time of purchase and cannot be edited. - Previously issued project licenses:
Existing licenses cannot be modified or reissued.
Q4. Where does the company name appear after entering it?
A4. If provided, the company name will automatically appear in the following areas:
- Purchase invoices
- Project-specific license documents
- Billing information (for Annual Subscription members only)
Please ensure the company name is accurate,
as incorrect information will appear on any license documents submitted externally.
Q5. Can I use a Team Plan for personal or individual projects without entering a company name?
A5. Yes.
Entering a company name is not required for using the service or managing your team.
However, providing a company name helps improve the credibility and clarity of license documents.
