Template Copyright & User Rights Guide

Q1. Who owns the copyright to GoodPello templates?

A1. All templates, design assets, images, icons, illustrations, and layout structures provided by GoodPello are the exclusive intellectual property of PT1 Presentation Group Co., Ltd.(GoodPello).
Users are granted a usage license based on the plan they purchased, but do not obtain ownership or copyright of the template itself.

Q2. Can I publicly share the materials I created using GoodPello templates?

A2. Yes — there is no copyright issue when sharing your final output (presentation slides, reports, images, etc.) created using GoodPello templates.
However, you must not disclose the template itself or any part of it in a reusable form.

🚫 Prohibited (copyright violation):

  • Sharing or distributing the original PPTX template file
  • Extracting and using icons, illustrations, or layout elements separately
  • Uploading the template in a reusable form to Google Drive, Notion, Canva, Figma, etc.
  • Distributing your output in a way that allows others to reuse the template
  • Sharing content that effectively functions as a “free PPT template”

Allowed:

  • Posting your final exported output (PDF, JPG, PNG)
  • Uploading slide previews or thumbnail images
  • Sharing presentation results on YouTube, blogs, or social media
  • Using the material for business, clients, school, or commercial purposes

Q3. Is commercial use allowed for content created with GoodPello templates?

A3. Yes. All final outputs created using GoodPello templates may be used for:

  • Business presentations
  • Client proposals
  • Marketing and sales materials
  • Reports, educational content, etc.

As long as the final output does not expose the template in a reusable file format (PPTX), commercial use is fully permitted.

Q4. What happens if I redistribute a template or template assets?

A4. Redistributing, reselling, or sharing GoodPello templates or their components is strictly prohibited.
Such actions may be considered copyright infringement under international copyright laws.

Examples of violations:

  • Sharing PPTX files directly with people outside your licensed team
  • Reselling templates or placing them on marketplaces
  • Training AI models using GoodPello templates or asset libraries
  • Uploading templates to public platforms in editable form
  • Recreating and distributing templates derived from GoodPello designs
