Q. Should I log in with my ID or email address?
You can log in to GoodPello using either your ID or your email address.
- New members: Your email address entered during sign-up serves as your login ID.
- Existing members: You can log in using either the ID you created when signing up or your registered email address.
After the website renewal, all new members will use their email address as their login ID,
and existing accounts will be gradually transitioned to an email-based login system.

- The login page provides a single field for entering your ID or email address.
- If you change your email address, you must complete the verification process, after which only your new email address can be used to log in.
- Accounts that have not completed email verification cannot be used to log in.
