Collection Management
Q1. What is the Collection feature?
A1. The Collection feature allows you to gather and manage your frequently used templates in one place.
From your My Collections page, you can easily save, delete, or re-download templates at any time.
You can also add templates to your Collection even if you haven’t downloaded them yet —
making it easy to find and download them later whenever you need.
When your subscription expires, your Collections remain saved.
However, you’ll need to reactivate your subscription to re-download any templates stored in your Collections.
Collections operate independently of project licenses and work simply as your personal “favorites” or storage folders.
Q2. In a team account, are Collections and Projects shared with all team members?
A2. No, Collections and Projects have different sharing structures.
- Collections are managed individually.
Even if you’re part of a team account, the Collections you create are visible only to you and are not shared with other team members. - Projects, on the other hand, are shared across the team.
Any projects created by team members are visible and accessible to all members within the same team account.
✅ In summary:
- Collection: A personal storage space visible only to you
- Project: A shared workspace visible to all team members
Q3. How can I remove a specific template from a Collection?
A3. You can remove an individual template from a Collection without deleting the entire Collection.
Choose one of the two methods below to remove it.
[Method 1: Remove directly from the Collection detail page]
- Go to your My Collections page and open the Collection that contains the template.
- Click the Collection icon below the template thumbnail.
- The Add to Collection window will appear, showing all Collections where this template is saved.
- Click the “Remove” button on the right side of the Collection you want to remove it from, then close the window.
Tip:
Removing a template affects only the selected Collection —
it won’t be deleted from other Collections where it may also be saved.
[Method 2: Remove from the template detail page]
- From the Collection detail page, click the thumbnail of the template you want to remove.
- You’ll be taken to the template detail page — click “Remove from Collection” at the top.
- The Add to Collection window will open, showing the list of Collections where the template is saved.
- Click the “Remove” button next to the Collection you wish to remove it from, then close the window.
Notes
- Removing a template from a Collection does not delete it from My Downloads.
- If the same template is saved in multiple Collections, it will be deleted only from the selected one.
- Deleting a Collection will also delete all templates stored within that Collection.
