Q1. Where can I check my payment history and download receipts, and what information is included?

A1. You can view all your payment history and download receipts (PDF) from [My Account > Subscription Details].

Each receipt (PDF) includes:

  • Payment date
  • Subscription type (Annual Subscription or One-time Pass) and plan type (Individual, Team)
  • Payment amount and currency
  • Payment method (card type, PayPal—if applicable)
  • Billing details (contact person, company name, tax ID, address, etc.)

[Notes]

  • The [Download Receipt] button appears only for successfully completed payments.
  • Billing information shown on the receipt is fixed at the time of payment and cannot be changed afterward.
  • Previously issued receipts cannot be edited or reissued.

Q2.Can I receive a tax invoice?

A2. GoodPello does not support bank transfer payments or tax-invoice–based billing.
All international payments processed through Paddle (credit/debit card, PayPal where available) are accompanied by a receipt (PDF).

Therefore, official tax invoices are not issued.

For corporate customers

If your organization requires a formal tax invoice for accounting or reporting purposes, please contact our support team.
A separate B2B billing process (estimate + bank transfer) may be available depending on your business requirements.
