If a license is not issued or issuance details are not confirmed

Q1. I did not receive a license. What should I do?

A1. The license is automatically generated when you download content. Please check the following items.

[Things to Check]

  • Verify that the download was completed successfully
    If an error occurred during the download process, the license may not have been generated.
  • Check your login account
    If you are logged in with a different email account, you might not see your license history. 
    Please log in again with the account you used at the time of download.

Q2. Where can I check the issued licenses?

A2. You can check your license history in My Page > My Downloads.
If a specific license is missing or appears different than expected, 
please submit a 1:1 inquiry with the date and time of the download along with the content name, and we will verify it promptly.


Q3. I used a free template but did not receive a license. Why is that?

A3. GoodPello’s free templates and premium free templates do not come with licenses. These contents can be downloaded freely without a subscription.

Licenses are only issued to users with a paid subscription or usage pass, and they are generated only for paid content under those conditions.
