If the template file (PPTX, PDF, etc.) does not open

Q. What should I do if the template (PPTX, PDF, etc.) does not open or the text appears garbled?

A. If the content file does not open properly or the text appears broken, please review the following items.

[Situations to Check]

  • The file may not have been downloaded correctly or may be corrupted.
  • Your PowerPoint or PDF viewer program may not be updated to the latest version.
  • The fonts used in the template may not be installed on your PC, which can cause text to appear broken.
  • Viewing may be restricted on mobile devices or certain browsers.

[Solutions]

  1. Re-download the template file and open it on a PC using PowerPoint or Adobe Reader.
  2. If the text appears incorrectly, please install the fonts provided through the Goodfellow font download link.
Note: Inside the downloaded template folder, there is a “Font Information” notepad file that lists the font names and download links.
  3. If the file does not open directly in your browser, please download it and open it from your local PC.
  4. Since some animations or formatting may not display correctly in mobile environments, we recommend reviewing the file on a desktop whenever possible.
