Reasons for use restrictions and membership cancellation
Q. Under what circumstances does GoodPello restrict usage or terminate memberships?
A. To ensure all members use the service fairly, GoodPello may restrict service use or terminate accounts if terms of service or policies are violated.
The following cases may result in [usage restrictions or account termination]:
- Unauthorized use of templates without a valid license
(e.g., logging in with another person's account or copying/distributing template originals without a license)- Commercial or illegal use of content
(e.g., unauthorized resale of GoodPello templates or use in illegal programs)- Infringing on others' rights or disrupting service operation
(e.g., identity theft, hacking attempts, malware distribution, spam or abusive language)- Other violations of terms or related laws
[Usage Restriction or Termination Procedure] proceeds as follows:
- Confirm violation
- Provide prior notice or warning
- Give opportunity to explain
- Decide on suspension or termination
[Note]
Even after suspension or termination, member activity logs and content usage history may be retained for a certain period as per policy.
