✔ Allowed
- Uploading final slides exported as PDF, JPG, or PNG
- Publishing designs created with a template as part of videos, blogs, or social media posts
❌ Not Allowed (Important)
The following cases are considered template redistribution and are prohibited:
- Sharing or uploading the original PPTX template file
- Sharing files that retain the template’s structure so that others can reuse them as a template
- Posting materials in a way that implies “free template download”
- Extracting or reassembling template elements to create a new template-like file for others
If a shared file can reasonably be reused as a template by someone else,
it is considered a license violation.
