Notice on Prohibition of Sharing and Reselling Content
Q1. Can I share GoodPello templates with others or resell them?
A1. No.
GoodPello templates are licensed only to the registered account holder, and redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Sharing or reselling template files to any third party—including colleagues, clients, partners, or freelancers—is not allowed under any circumstances.
✔ Only the registered user (or registered team members under a Team/Business Plan) may use the templates.
✔ If you need to deliver the output externally, share it only in non-editable formats (PDF, JPG, etc.).

For external collaboration, the recipient must also be added to your GoodPello Team/Business Plan.
Q2. Can I share an edited template (PPT file) within my company or with external partners?
A2. Sharing rules depend on the situation.
① Internal sharing (within the same company/team)
- You may share edited PPTX files only with team members who are included under your GoodPello Team/Business Plan.
- Sharing editable PPTX files with anyone who is not part of your licensed team is prohibited.
② External sharing (clients, agencies, partners)
Regardless of editing, you may NOT share the editable PPTX file with any external party.
If external delivery is required:
✔ You must provide the file in a non-editable format such as PDF or JPG.
✔ Sharing editable PPTX files allows unlicensed parties to use the template, which violates copyright and license terms.

GoodPello templates are licensed strictly to approved users.
Sharing PPTX source files externally may lead to copyright infringement and legal liability.
Q3. Can I take apart a template or use only certain elements separately?
A3. No.
Extracting or reusing individual elements (images, icons, graphics, layouts, etc.) from a template for separate use is not permitted.
You may edit and customize the template as a whole for your registered project.
However, using extracted elements for other projects, redistribution, or external delivery is prohibited.

Using GoodPello templates or extracted elements for online design tools, AI training datasets, template resale, SaaS services, or similar purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
