Good Pello 콘텐츠의 라이선스 취득 방식은 일반 라이선스와 확장라이선스 2가지 종류가 있습니다.
Good Pello 콘텐츠를 개별구매 및 이용권 형태로 구매하는 것은 Good Pello로부터 일반 라이선스 권한을 부여 받는 것입니다.
개별구매 및 이용권을 통해 콘텐츠를 구매 하더라도 일반 라이선스에서 규정하는 사용 범위 외의 권한을 취득하시려면 확장 라이선스를 별도로 취득해야 합니다. 확장 라이선스 관련 사항은 사이트 내의 1:1 문의를 통해 안내 받을 수 있습니다.

일반 라이선스 인가

일반 라이선스가 적용된 콘텐츠는 아래의 사항이 공통적으로 적용됩니다.

금지사항

“Good Pello”에서 제공하는 모든 콘텐츠 이용 시, 아래 명시된 사항은 엄격히 금지되어 있으며, 이와 관련한 분쟁 또는 콘텐츠의 사용으로 제3자와 생긴 분쟁에 대해서 당사는 모든 책임을 지지 않습니다.

“Good Pello”에서 제공하는 콘텐츠는 파일 형태 및 해당 파일과 동일한 인쇄 출력물에 한해 사용이 가능하며, 콘텐츠에 사용된 이미지 등 소스만을 따로 추출하여 사용하실 수 없습니다.
2.
구매한 제품에 사용된 이미지 및 개체를 분리하여 해당 제품 이외의 다른 프레젠테이션 템플릿에서 활용할 수 없습니다.
3.
구매한 제품에 사용된 이미지 및 개체를 분리하여 프레젠테이션 용도 이외의 다른 디자인 저작물에 활용할 수 없습니다.
4.
사전에 “Good Pello”의 허가 없이 네트워크 컴퓨터를 포함한 다수의 컴퓨터에서 이 제품을 공유하는 것은 금지되어있습니다.
5.
귀하는 “Good Pello”에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 제3자에게 판매, 재판매, 배급, 대여, 임대, 복제, 또는 대가를 받고 양도할 수 없습니다.
6.
구매한 콘텐츠를 로고, 심벌, 트레이드마크, 서비스마크, 상표 등으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
7.
Good Pello가 제공하는 콘텐츠는 프레젠테이션을 위한 목적으로만 사용할 수 있으며, 본 라이선스 규정 상에서 명시하지 않은 이하 다음 각호에 해당하는 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.

편집 라이선스

1.
본 편집 라이선스는 귀하가 구매한 콘텐츠에 한해서 편집사용을 허가합니다.
2.
콘텐츠를 가공하여 2차적으로 만들어진 창작물의 지적 재산권 등록 및 판매는 금지되어 있습니다.

콘텐츠의 이용기한

1.
이용권 또는 낱개로 구입하신 콘텐츠는 첫 회 다운로드 후 72시간 내에 무제한으로 추가 다운로드 가능하며, 시간 경과 후 필요 시 재 구매해야 합니다.
2.
콘텐츠는 하나의 클라이언트를 위한 하나의 사용 목적을 전제로 기간에 상관없이 사용 가능합니다.

복제, 변경, 불법사용 및 반품

1.
“Good Pello”에서 판매 중인 콘텐츠를 무단으로 복제하거나 그 복제물을 사용한 사실이 인정되었을 때는 저작권법 및 관련법률에 의한 고의적 저작권 침해로 간주하고 불법적으로 사용된 콘텐츠의 정상가격에서 30배의 요금을 청구합니다.
2.
검색 및 미리 보기 목적으로 제공하는 모든 콘텐츠는 당사에서 허가한 경우를 제외하고 영리적인 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
3.
“Good Pello”에서 구매하신 콘텐츠 저작물은 디지털 콘텐츠 상품의 성격상 반품되지 않습니다. 다만, 저작물의 예기치 않은 오류 혹은 복구할 수 없는 손상이 발견되었을 경우, 내부검토 후 재 다운로드 받을 수 있도록 조치합니다.
4.
재 다운로드를 받을 수 있는 기간이 초과한 후 귀하의 잘못 및 실수로 일어나는 문제에 한해서 귀하는 재 다운로드 및 교환의 요구를 할 수 없습니다. (컴퓨터 오류에 의한 데이터 삭제, 데이터 분실 등)

Standard License Agreement (Simplified Version)

TYPES OF LICENSE

There are two ways to obtain the license of Good Pello content: Standard license and extended license. Non-subscription (individual) purchase and subscription purchase of Good Pello’s content fall into Standard license agreement. Even if you have purchased content through Non-subscription (individual) purchase or subscription plan, you need to obtain extended license if you wish to be granted with rights beyond the range of use regulated by the Standard license. For any inquiries about Standard license, please contact Good Pello support team via 1:1 Inquiry on Good Pello website.

ITEMS OF LICENSE

A.
Content to which the Standard license is applied are subject to the followings:

  Duplication of the content provided by Good Pello is permitted only for data backup.
- ②
  All content can only be used for a single purpose and for a single client.
- ③
  In the event of online deployment, the file shall be converted into PDF format so as to prevent any modification.
- ④
  Content are allowed to be reproduced as printouts.
- ⑤
  When using for lecture program, you may distribute the content only in non-editable PDF format and printouts.
- ⑥
  You may share the content only for single lecture purposes.
B.
Corporate use of content to which Standard license is applied are subject to the followings:
- ①
  Content are allowed to be used only for projects contracted in the name of the corporation that the buyer belongs to or in the name of the buyer (or corporate buyer).
- ②
  Content are allowed to be distributed only for the purpose of single internal collaboration.

PARTICULARS OF PROHIBITION

The followings are strictly prohibited for the use of all content provided by Good Pello. Good Pello shall not be responsible for any disputes related to this or disputes arising with the third party due to the use of content.

A.
All content provided by Good Pello are limited to be used only in a file format and a printout format of the same file. Sources and images used in content cannot be extracted for use.
B.
Images and other sources used in the purchased content cannot be extracted and used in other presentation templates.
C.
Images and other sources used in the purchased content cannot be extracted and used in design works for anything other than presentation.
D.
Sharing of the content on multiple computers, including network computers, without prior approval form Good Pello is strictly forbidden.
E.
No part of the content can be sold, re-sold, distributed, leased, rented, duplicated, or transferred with payment to a third party.
F.
No part of the purchased content can be used as logos, symbols, trademarks, service marks or for similar purposes.
G.
Content provided by Good Pello is allowed to be used for the purpose of presentation only and not allowed to be used for the purposes relevant to each of the followings, which are not specified in this License Regulations:

  Exposing on TV commercials, newspapers, or media
- ②
  Using purchased contents for online video lecture program

LICENSE FOR EDITING

A.
You are allowed to edit the content you’d purchased within the range of use stated in this license agreement.
B.
Sales and Registration of intellectual property rights of the secondary creative works based on the content are prohibited.

PERIOD OF CONTENT USE

A.
Content purchased through Non-subscription (individual) purchase or subscription plan can be downloaded for unlimited times within 72 hours from the time of initial download. Once the 72 hour time period is expired, the content downloaded after shall be counted as a new download and cause a deduction from the quantity of remaining available downloads.
B.
Content are subject to permanent use on the premise of a single use purpose for a single client.

DUPLICATION, AMENDMENT, ILLEGAL USE OR RETURN

Copyright owner of the content may claim compensation for damages for any use beyond the range of use specified herein or any illegal usage.

A.
Unlawful reproduction or use of the reproduced content shall be considered as intended copyright infringement in pursuant to the copyright law and relevant regulations. Once recognized for such action, you shall be charged a penalty of 300 times the normal purchase price of the relevant content.
B.
All the content provided for preview purposes shall not be used for profit-making purposes unless approved by Good Pello.
C.
Content you purchased from Good Pello shall not be returned due to the nature of the digitized products. However, Good Pello shall ensure re-download of the content after internal review when errors of irrecoverable damages were found in the contents.
D.
You shall not request Good Pello to allow re-download or exchange (return) for any issues or problems caused by your fault or mistakes, such as deletion of contents due to computer errors, after the re-download period.
